Adding a Twitter Tweet Button to your Blog is very easy. Just follow these simple steps and you will be able to add a Twitter Tweet Button to your Blog.
1. Go to https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons#tweet
2. Now customize the Tweet Button according to your requirement under the Button options.
3. Now copy the HTML Codes given under Preview and code as shown below.
4. Now Login to your Blogger Dashboard and select the blog in which you want to add the button.
5. Now click on Layout tab and select Add a Gadget link.

6. Now select the "+" in front of "HTML/JavaScript" from the window that appears.
7. Leave the "Title" field blank and in the "Content" field paste the HTML Codes that you copied earlier. Then click on the save button.
That's it. Now you will be able to see a Twitter Tweet Button on your blog.
